1.Email dihinhome@yahoo.com with your order number to receive your return authorization.if item is defecetive or damaged in shipping,we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label.In all other cases,Buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice.
2.We do not accept any returns or exchange if there is no quality problem.Because all curtains are custom made products.
3.Due to the difference of the display or the shooting angle and the heating and cooling of the lighting, the product you purchased may have color difference. This is not a reason for return or exchange.
4.Due to the impact of the new crown epidemic and the transportation capacity of logistics flights, your package transportation time will be delayed 2-3 days. Please check our return policy carefully before purchasing products from our store. Buyers cannot raise any disputes because of the shipping time. Thank you for your understanding.
5.To cancel an order,please contact DIHIN HOME orĀ Email dihinhome@yahoo.com within 24 hours as soon as possible.if it exceeds your purchase time more than 24 hours, the order cannot be cancelled.If your order has already shipped,we can not cancel the order too.
