1.Email dihinhome@yahoo.com with your order number to receive your return authorization.if item is defecetive or damaged in shipping,we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label.In all other cases,Buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice.

2.We do not accept any returns or exchange if there is no quality problem.Because all curtains are custom made products.

3.Due to the difference of the display or the shooting angle and the heating and cooling of the lighting, the product you purchased may have color difference. This is not a reason for return or exchange.

4.Due to the recent tariff policy of the United States, our store does not bear any tariffs. Paying tariffs is the buyer's obligation. If you place an order, it is assumed that you understand this regulation. Our store does not accept any refunds due to customs duties.Thank you for your understanding.

5.To cancel an order,please contact DIHIN HOME or Email dihinhome@yahoo.com within 24 hours as soon as possible.if it exceeds your purchase time more than 24 hours, the order cannot be cancelled.If your order has already shipped,we can not cancel the order too.
